Obsessed with systems, data, and the gap between where performance is and where it could be, he thrives on turning complexity into clarity. Outside of work, Jacob trades spreadsheets for trail shoes, currently training for an ultra marathon, and that same relentless energy shows up in everything he does. A Sydney local with a love for the outdoors and a bias for action, Jacob brings focus, drive, and a genuine care for doing things right.
